We beat a team from a city that is annoying AF, and whose fan base and bandwagon is even more annoying.
We mostly managed to keep assholes out of our crease. This is a main factor to winning.
A bunch of our hungry guys got goals.

Am I the only one that expected today’s game to be during the evening? So sad, I didn’t get to seem them actually play well since 6 games. I feel like it wasnt mentioned enough on social media. Well at least I have a ticket to go see them on April 6th, which cheers me up a bit

My friends car battery died when we were out this morning and it took us like five hours to get home so I missed the game (i NEVER miss Caps games). Naturally they’d have their best game in two months when I can’t watch! It’s me. I’m the good luck charm. As long as I sit in the snow and freezing cold in a Lexus with a dead battery while they’re playing, the Caps will win!!

Is anyone else getting annoyed that Milano can’t seem to finish pucks and put it in the back of the net? He’s gotten numerous REALLY good looks and breakaways but never seems to put it home.

Rangers fan coming in peace. I’m a Rangers’ fan who lives in the DC area and brought my parents to a game down in DC. I want to sincerely thank Caps fans for being super hospitable. It was great to be able to talk hockey with Caps fans. I’ve been in other games in ‘enemy’ territory but this was the first jovial experience I had. It was nice to be around people who set aside team affiliation and just talk hockey. Thank you.
