I also don’t understand how the fuck we swept Edmonton this year when historically, we play HORRIBLE games against them
I mean cool but also not.
Takeaways:
1) Another solid game by Korpi yes he allowed 5 goals but on 47 shots and that last goal was just McDavid being McDavid, Korpi played well
2) Best game we’ve played all year offensively
3) We got a glimpse of the Jack from the end of last year that had everyone saying he could be our 2C of the future, hopefully we can get more than just glimpses of that, he was the MVP of the day
I hate the win, but I love that

You just watched an all-out high offense Jackets win, its just after 3pm and the sun is shining and you can now do anything you want with your day and a win fresh in your mind.
Matinee games are the best and we need more. Every weekend game should be played in the afternoon.

I can’t get over how bad the western conference is compared to the eastern conference.
If you’re trying to decide what games you want attend next year, the kids take over one is a fun one. Super cute, funny little activities, and just a good energy in the building.
Damn, looks like Oilers might need a defender to help them out going into the playoffs. Preferably a left handed one for their sakes, but not like a Chychrun. You would want this player that’s on the end of their contract solely for a playoff run. Thats it. If I’m that GM I’d go all in to get that player if they exist.
Ryan Lindgren left the Rangers game today and has his arm in a sling now. Galant says he’s day-to-day, but we’ll see if they maybe check in on Gavrikov if it’s worse than they first thought.
