I saw this live, and for a moment, I wasn't sure about the hit itself leading to that. Routine check, as it turns out, just had an unexpected result.

Similar thing happened to me once. Spilt the middle of my nose. I didnt realize i was bleeding badly until i looked down and saw all this blood on my brand new white jersey. Thought it was just tears running down my face cause i got hit in the nose lol one concussion and seven stiches later..
