If the panthers signed jagr and Vanek today they're contenders, you can't take out jagr/marchessault/Reilly/Vanek/jokinen and bring in just radim vrbata and dadonov and expect to be better, they better hope malgin/McCann/tippet/hawlyruk are ready to go fill second and third line wing spots
Now that Jagr, Jokinen, Thornton, and Vanek are gone it's now Ek, Barkov, Trocheck, and Huberdeaus team now. Need ek to step back up. New captain probably next year too. I just hope we didn't jump the gun making it the young guys team
