Id rather build a solid fucking team that wins for years than a team who goes on meaningless streaks every other year. You know how you do that? Draft top 3
Edit: It was so fun being a fringe playoff team once in the last 5 years, with no real shot at winning anything. Never winning a title sounds fantastic, so long as guys like McBain and Kassian get to have good nights.

Was at the game tonight. Atmosphere was really good despite the small arena. Didn’t love the fact that there were a lot of Devil fans there but still a great crowd. As for the game, pretty good fight but would’ve preferred we lose without getting a point for draft position, especially because they lost so early on OT. Loved to see the fight though, scrappy team that won’t give in.

I am hoping that we can get the 3rd spot in the draft, that at least guarantees us Will Smith at 5. We are gonna need a historically bad end of the season to make that happen though. I just think our team right now is still too talented to get top 3
