  1. My pap is good with this. Wasn't expecting that, but I agree, we must protect pap at all costs! Thanks for showing him some love. You guys all rock.

  2. Looks like Tampa and Toronto both are going through something all of a sudden. Weird and weak play. Stars look like they're lost all of a sudden. Mitch can't be on every game. He's literally carried us along with Tavares. New guys can't save this team. The matthews and nylanders and Reillys need to step it up.

  3. "Arrest them! Arrest them…I don't know for what."
-Apparently Steve is a big fan of the Police State. (Trudeau pic must be above his head on his bedroom wall…right next to Stalin.)🤣🤣🤣 Just kidding, Steve.

  4. U just said it Steve. Morgan he’s been here for long time it’s time to trade him. He only thing offence and no defence very soft and give add man rush. Look at raptors when they trade derozen. 44 make me nervous man

  5. Not sure why Steve works himself up like this so often. Every good team goes through multiple rough patches during a season and it’s not healthy for him to be this upset over a pretty standard loss. They’re 6-4 in their last 10 but the guy is acting like the sky is falling.

The Edmonton game was a total stinker but those happen. This wasn’t great either but Demko played real well and it was a pretty even game. Steve spending 15 mins straight yelling and whining about it is a brutal look.

I get the meltdown thing for crazy losses but it seems like it’s constant now. Used to really enjoy the content but the quality has fallen off a cliff over the past couple of seasons. He’s got to realize yelling ≠ views eventually, no surprise his numbers are down this year.

  6. Dangle, give the Canucks some credit. Thatcher Demko was excellent in net and stopped a lot of Grade A Leafs chances. Maybe you heard that we have this awesome player named Elias Pettersson who should be nominated for a Selki and was responsible for the two short handed goals. Leafs actually played a good game, but the Canucks competed too, and Demko just shut the Leafs down.
I think you are just traumatized by the Leafs getting knocked out of the first round every year, and you have over-reacted on this one game.

  7. Not sure why Dangle is surprised the Canucks won. The Canucks have beat the Leafs in Vancouver 16 of the last 18 games. And don't forget Canucks actually made it out of the first round a few years back.

  8. lmao Kerfoot and Holl are gonna sink Sheldon at this point, he is obsessed with them and they are not very good at hockey despite Kerfoot having a very high effort level. Neither of them are bad enough to not play any games for us but both of them are overused in situations they are not ideal for.

  9. Are we kidding? Leafs gave it a full push but didn't have the luck. Out shooting early by a huge margin but ran out of time when any bump can decide the game. Nucks are playing a all for one game and the Leafs just didn't get the bounces. Oh and that SHRILLING FFS! HOLY CRAP! Bruh grab some manhood and perspective.

  10. Steve Ik u won’t see this but Gussatovson stick blade has to be tinyyyyyyyy, 3 times this game puck hops over his stick

  11. My boy is that versatile. Normally plays as a grindy 3rd line shutdown right winger, but sometimes plays 1st line left if they need a cannon that night. Played both of those a couple weeks ago AND ended up picking up a win as GOALIE when backup tendy was hurt, and our main got suspended for blocker punching a couple plugs that ran him.

  12. I was frustrated. I hope that Sheldon Keith makes the Leaf's watch this video during their practice. I also hope the Kyle Dubas takes note as well.

  13. Poor Pap. I only got to see one Steelers game ever at Heinz. Big Ben threw 5 interceptions and they lost 33-9.

  14. Thank you for vocalizing what were all feeling; they demonstrated their intention, they got the trades, they’ve got our attention, they gotta DO something now. The hype don’t put the rubber in the back of the net.

  15. Yes Steve, there is a logical reason to scratch Liljegren. It's to give players a rest and test the depth of your add-ons like Gustavsson. Boston scratched Grzelcyk, and he was a +36 when they sat him. Coaches are going to rest up some of their better players in order to be healthy for the playoffs. And speaking of left wing, do you see how deep Boston is on the left side? Marchand, Hall, Zacha, Bertuzzi, Foligno, Greer, and Lauko. Never mind their depth on the blue line, which is insane.

  16. Nothing, absolute NOTHING, can justify or explain 2SHG in the same PP. It's absolute TRASH and humiliation from a lazy team that doesn't care.

  17. Steve one thing you’re missing about this game is the turning point (2 short handed goals against) was with Reilly, Taveres, Mathew’s, Marner & Nylander on the ice. And then Mathew’s made the excuse at the end of the game that they were still settling in with the new guys.

These guys didn’t have the stress of potentially being traded for the last month nor are they acclimating to a new team. Yet they dropped the ball and threw the new guys under the bus.

    That’s a roughhhhhh look

  18. again… nobody "changes it up" like Keefe. Every game, new lines. Lines change 8 times a game.
Nothing builds chemistry with new guys… like not playing with the same players ever.

I get that there are new faces in and old faces out… but after this many years, you think you could figure something out that wasnt "shuffle the deck and deal at random"

  19. I actually thought Morgan was pretty good. If he continues to play like that, he will b fine

  20. I don’t expect the leafs to be good now or in round 1 of the playoffs. First round exit, as sure a phenomenon as spring.

  21. I feel you so much Steve, those lineups were fkkn terrifying, and I’m surprised they lasted through the first 2 periods it was brutal, the LW has been ignored 😂 knies for rookie salänne pls

  22. Hate their time zones…. As two of their games are played at 4pm pst just because it’s the leafs…

  23. First Leafs game in 30 years on Sat. It was good to see these guys play, but the way the game started (fight in the first minute) with those lines that weren't great and didn't get into the game together just made the game kind of bad. It got exciting at the beginning of the 3rd, but some lazy powerplay passes ended it. Murray was good in the game and made some huge saves. You can't ask for more. This was a lineup card loss and squarely on Keefe. I understand he does have to rotate D in and figure out these lines, but Kerfoot with Matthews and Marner? That won't work.

  24. as a habs fan, this is also the reason i hate the leafs team they disrespect the sport, the fans, tradition

  25. Said it before and i’ll say it again, the reason you guys cant win is your coach.

  26. The 11-7 line-up is not working. Especially on a night like this where a forward goes down (ROR) it leaves your bench too short. Dress 12 and 6 and that 6 better include liljegren unless he's hurt. You can rest Gio, you can rest Rielly or Brodie to get them fresh for the playoffs, but Liljegren is young enough that he still needs the playing time to enforce good habits. You are damaging the team's chances this year and next by sitting him. The love affair with Holl needs to stop, Gustafsson is depth, not an every day player, the line-up and roster decisions in the past week have been baffling
