Yamo now with 8 goals and 17 points in 38 games, the pace of which is very close to his 20 goal and 41 point season last year, proving it wasn't a fluke. Hope he can keep it going down the stretch and stay healthy.
Love everything about the way Yams plays, just concerned about his size and injuries in the bigger picture. I love the skills smaller guys can present, but it's a rare breed that has longevity in the NHL. But always wish anyone to succeed!
Small players survive @ the Pro level because they are fast and UNPREDICTABLE…if you Pigeon-Hole them into a static role with their backs to a wall you take away their Superpowers and make them extremely vulnerable to injury . Yammo was supposed to be an ultra-skilled waterbug with a huge gritty upside and he was to be developed and used as such…this did not happen…he was many times miscast and his least powerful asset his grit that was a BONUS NOT CORE VALUE was ultra-focused upon by a Coach so he was thrown to the wolves along the walls where things get static and where he will never back down because of heart but will always be knocked down because his Superpowers are gone. Its nice to see Yammo cruising around off the walls freely and being used properly for once and now we will see him use his entire toolbox and great results will continue to materialize around him. Put this man in a position to succeed and he will do that for you consistently.Yammo is an NHL Player through and through.
He’s the game changer, if he can get on a point streak this teams scary! Once kaners gets back also holy. I don’t see Avs winning this time that’s forsure

Trade this mini player.. oil need similar skill with size instead
About time this freeloader earns his pay check! Now do it again and not be satisfied.
