My boy bought tickets for me and him to that game last minute so we couldn’t find a hotel. Towed a boler trailer instead and hooked up at the campground in Regina that stayed open for the event and I ran a heater in there so we didn’t freeze our asses off that night but we still slept with our winter jackets on. Lol. All worth it with that Bryan Little goal in OT. The Jet jerseys for that game that are still our 3rd jerseys rocked too.

I won tickets to the VIP lounge area, like Thomas Steen sitting beside me VIP. Was such a surreal experience.

Man, this was one of my least favourite memories. Our seats were in the lower bowl in what would be the end zone. You could only see the far blue line and other end of the rink, no view at all of mid ice. The glare off the ice was so bad that you could only really make out what was happening every so often. I felt ripped off. They should have had someone sit there before they charged $200 for a ticket. I would have had about as good as good a view from my bathroom.

One of the best Winter classics. Having the snowfall and it going to Ot. The goalies with the beanies too. Just awesome
