Guhle is better or even to Sanderson what are u doing buddy😂
Ghule should be around 5-6-7 imo. Guy was having close to 0.5 pts/game without even being on the powerplay. Adding this to his good skating, nice hits and d-play.
As a Sabres fan I would rather have Quinn at 8.
Stutzle should have been first overall for sure but im glad the Senators got him at 3
It's still early, couple more years for this one to be set in stone. Still liked the video though!
Being a Detroit fan and getting screwed in the last few drafts it is great seeing guys like Seider and Raymond doing so well and the top picks not. Now we get ready for Edvinson and Kasper.

Lafrieniere's problem is that he's overthinking it. He had great instincts but is now not enjoying it anymore. I think he'll come around.
The thing with Lafrenière is that he has both Kreider and Panarin in front of him so it's hard to move up the depth chart and to add to that, the rangers absolutely suck at developing, having only developed K'andre Miller and Adam Fox in the past years while fumbling Kaapo Kakko, Lias Andersonor Vitali Kravstov. I think hes is a much better prospect than Byfield who hasn't had as much succes in the NHL as Lafrenière. And I really don't see why he would make you scared of drafting QMJHL players as it produces just as much dominant players as the other leagues and QMJHL teams often win the Memorial Cup like in the last three years there was a competition
Ghule is one of the bright spots of the habs this season, he was given hard tasks but keeps up with the elite of nhl fowards. I also tought he wouldn't be unable to contribute offensively this early but he did. Really love that pick for us
Why is Laf still in the NHL?? Why did they not put him in the AHL after his underwhelming rookie season? I hate when teams ruin a players development by rushing them into the league and putting them in a third line role

I disagree with the Oilers picking Rossi. I feel like we still would've picked Holloway. 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
This draft and the 2017 draft show how shifty scouts really are. 2917 supposedly sucked and this one was 2015 esque.
Zary deserves at least spot in HM, he's over a PPG this season the AHL which is way better than Holloway and similar numbers to Pelletier who just cracked the Flames roster
Being drafted by a team like Rangers is really difficult because of the expectations. Being drafted by the Rangers number 1 overall, is almost downright impossible. It’s the heaviest sweater to wear in the league in terms of pressure to be great, because even when you’re great, unless you’re winning multiple championships you’ll still be heavily criticized. The psychological aspect of being drafted by a big market isn’t talked about nearly enough. Lafreniere has the talent to be a star, I’m just not sure he gets there as a Ranger.
Still an interesting group to watch, some have progressed a lot faster than others, it will probably be different again in 3 years. Personally, I think Lindell, Quinn, and Guhle will move up.
The 49ers QB Purdy was the very last player drafted in the whole NFL draft. Look where he is today.

I think a solid argument can be made to put Yegor Chinakhov on this list. To go from an overager, to being drafted surprisingly (dare I say sneakily) in the 1st round and then having a solid rookie season. This season has been derailed by injury unfortunately but he plays for sure.
I feel like the NHL hypes up NA players so much that alot of great EU players gets drafted like 3rd, 4th or 5th in the draft and then they end up in rerankings at 1st or 2nd. Draisaitl, stützle, raymond and pettersson are some examples of that

As a NJ fan, I was worried about Lafraniere being rlly good for the Rags. Luckily, I didnt have to worry about him or Kakko. Thanks for your terrible development of top picks, Rangers!
