I hate the islanders as much as the next guy but the goal counted because he redirected with his shin not his foot. That’s the difference. Correct call

No no. When you kick the puck into the net like that that’s it’s called a redirect. Soccer player don’t kick the ball, they redirect the ball. Goodell saw the game last night and the NFL has announced place kickers are going to be renamed place redirectors.
