  1. Do the Toronto Maple Leafs really need Auston Matthews?

  2. Soshnikov needs to stay up on the Leafs, if he gets sent back down he can be loaned to the KHL @SteveDanglePodcast

  3. I love Sosh but I agree, There's not much room left for some of these guys as younger guys need ice time and will replace them. It'd be better for them if Leafs moved them and they get a chance to play in the NHL because they for sure are NHL ready. I think the Leafs are really big on Sosh though, Babs seems to really like him, the kid does it all, PK, PP, has offensive upside, nasty when he needs to be, swagger it'd be sad to see him go but I think even if the Leafs don't call him up by Tuesday he might just stay with the Marlies and Leafs anyways, He says he wants to be in North America/in the NHL and he seems to like it here, Unless he is homesick or the KHL gave him a good offer he might not even want to go back

  4. Also I could see Sosh eventually replacing Uncle Leo if they choose not to bring him back, Plays a similar game, I love Leo and the leafs love him but he's like 30 and slowing down in certain parts of the game

  5. Oh no! Losing a guy whose ceiling is fourth line! Good heavens there totally aren’t hundreds of guys like that in the world

  6. im an electrician at 10 york (that tall as fuck wedge shaped tridel building, edit still being built, has crane still.) and i park in that dungy ass garage where they're fixing the off ramp… and i live in bolton. don't tell me about driving through the west end lol.

  7. Steve, tell your buddy if you move to the West end to be closer to work, you should be taking public transit, why drive when you're that close?

  8. I think we do need Soshnikov. There isnt too many players in the NHL who are highly skilled that play with a tenacious style of play who can fit anywhere in the line up and also play a sound two hundred foot game. He should be on the roster to begin with imo. Hes underated imo, he could be a solid producing forward with more minutes. Skates quick, good shot, wins battles, digs and finishes checks. Gotta get him into the line up.
