If it’s going to need surgery, I hope he gets that done asap so he can have as much time to recover and rehab as possible. 6-9 month recovery time.

Are we really willing to risk his long term health for a run?
Might as well bite the bullet if the doctors are recommending surgery.

Gotta love when a team struggling to score loses one of its best scoring forwards a month before the playoffs…this team is cursed

Even if we are at the point of most likely season ending surgery that means it’s bad enough for him to be shut down for the year anyways for healing and precaution

I know we’re all hopeful, but you just hardly ever see a second opinion not go in the way of bad news when it comes to sports. Teams/players just have to protect their futures and will almost always never take risk, rightfully so.

So this means there is 99% chance it’s torn. 2nd opinions happen when you don’t like the first answer lol

So am I allowed to say out loud now that I’m angry we didn’t get a scorer at the deadline or will I still get downvoted into oblivion for doubting GMDW?

I need a BC powder.
I am wishing Svech all the best and speedy heals.
I’m wishing the Canes the best too. Hell with it, just call up whoever you can, make the scrappiest team in the NHL and go win the damn cup.

I feel so bad for the kid. He’s 22 and this type of injury is ROUGH for your psyche. I’m not worried about the team. Either we manage to pull it off or we don’t and we come back next year. I just hope he’s okay.
