Tbh it’s good for the boys bad for the odds. It also good to help keep our star players. I would have preferred we tanked till the end but gotta look at the positives. We are creating a winning environment again. This is canucks hockey :p

The fact is we got our first overall picks in Petterrson AND Kuzmenko. So now we need to tidy shop, buyout some bad contracts, and push this team forward. We have a generational talent in Hughes and arguably one of the best goaltenders in the league. Lets not forget the Avs had the likes of Duchene, Landeskog, MacKinnon, O’Reilly, Barrie, Varlamov, Makar and it still took them 8 seasons to get out of the 2nd round.
