Montreal hasn’t had a ppg player since 2007/08 when Kovalev had 84 points in 82 games. Last Montreal player with a 100 point or more season was Mats Naslund in 1985/86.

If Montreal doesn’t win I hope Columbus, San Jose or Philadelphia wins the lottery.

The Flyers really need to put him down in the AHL for 5 years, bring him up to the NHL only to disappoint because they let him stagnate, and eventually trade him

  3. LowJacK606

The Canucks do BUT THEY FUCKED THAT UP DIDN’T THEY BECAUSE THEY’RE THE FUCKING CANUCKS AND THAT’S WHAT THEY DO MOTHER FUCKING FUCKERS!!!!

  4. shanefalco1010

Have a feeling chicago lands him. Another chance at a top player to lead their franchise for years

  5. Spiritual_Holiday511

Hoping for Montreal or Columbus, simply because they are trying to make their teams better, but failed. Mostly Columbus, because what in the hell has that franchise ever had to get excited about?

  6. JayArseneau

Montreal, suzuki is excellent but Bedard would put them in a way higher seat

  7. San Jose. For being one of the worst teams, their prospect pool is mediocre. Past Eklund, their best prospect is B tier

  8. Depends on how you word it.

Who needs him the most based on the roster that the teams are icing day in and day out? Probably the Hawks, Sharks, or Flyers. Blue Jackets will be better when their players come back from injury. Ducks, Habs, Canucks, and Coyotes have promising young kids.

Who deserves him? Coyotes or Blue Jackets if we are going by team success in the last 20 years.

  9. GoBirds20879

Please be CBJ so years of cheering for them finally pays off

  10. Recrem86

Love to see him as a Hab, I’ll be ok with him ending up as a Shark or Duck, No to the Blackhawks for obvious reasons and no to the Flyers and Bluejackets as they have squandered their young talent far to many times

  11. Akhanyatin

Here’s my totally unbiased opinion: The Habs. Don’t @ me.

  12. Dkoop2003

The Jackets have only ever had one superstar, and have never won the lottery despite sucking for years. They definitely deserve him the most. That being said, he will go to Chicago or Montreal since they are big markets, and the NHL hates Columbus for whatever reason

  13. Envermans

Columbus and philly desperately need an elite no1 center and i really hope either of them get it. Chicago can fade into irrelevence for another 5 years before getting a chance at another eliter player. Ducks and montreal already have a solid young core to build on. San jose could definitely use him but they also had 20 years of dominance so they can also wallow in the bottom of the league for a few more years before having a resurgence.

  14. VinegarPie

    The Sharks.

If we don’t get him. Literally where do we go from where we are? Saddled with so many bad contracts it’s unreal and we only have one good prospect, maybe two.

  15. stoopio-oh

As a totally unbiased opinion, Iā€™ll say the ducks

  16. LukeSkywalker6409

I think CBJ and San Jose need him the most. CBJ needs a franchise-changing player and Connor Bedard would give them that. San Jose I think could use a franchise-changing playing as well. They have no blue-chip prospects coming up and Bedard would give them a potential superstar to build around.

  17. West coast pls. Pretty pls (Iā€™m lumping Vancouver into the west coast too ok)

  18. Porkchopp33

I would love to see him in Anaheim some goal scoring for poor Gibson but best for league probably Montreal

  19. yo_coiley

Who needs him the most? In terms of prospect pool/young players, Flyers, Blackhawks, Sharks. If you include the context of the teamā€™s relevance and/or ability to attract free agents, BJs and Ducks 100%. Montreal (to round out whoā€™s on this pic) will be fine without him.

  20. shmoove_cwiminal

Good thing the Canucks are on a 5 game winning streak and have removed themselves from this race. Brilliant…..

  21. DoughnutTrust

I donā€™t know about NEED, but Iā€™d most like to see him go to either Columbus or Anaheim. Iā€™d be ok with SJ too since Iā€™d get to see him play more than if he was out east

  22. psyopsono

Selfishly, as a Chicago resident I would love to be able to see him play at the United Center. However, if not the Hawks, I would say Iā€™d most like to see him on the Sharks, itā€™s high time that team is a threat again.

  23. micropterus_dolomieu

To change the face and fate of the franchise, Iā€™d like to see him in SJ or Columbus. Sort of like Pittsburgh before Mario.

  24. notonmywatch99

Without a shadow of a doubt Arizona. They need something to get fans in an actual arena. And hosting a last place team year after year ainā€™t helping lol

All these teams need him, but Arizonas future in this League could depend on it and thatā€™s the difference

  25. I would consider it karma if Vancouver finally won the draft after over 50 years.

  26. I really hope Columbus wins the draft lottery and gets him…that franchise has had a rough go of it for pretty much their entire existence, they deserve a superstar.

Blues fan here but hopefully any team but Chicago gets him, but I’m mentally preparing myself for it.

  27. igirisujin

Sharks please, let’s turn this franchise around in the right direction!

  28. There_ls_No_Point

I need to see the Sharks get some love

  29. Rough_Director3615

Iā€™d like to see Columbus get him

  30. fairfieldcountyeas

yall jus gonna ignore the fact that Columbus is the unluckiest franchise in the NHL

  31. naked_avenger

Iā€™d like to see him go to the Ducks

  32. heatseekerdj

Bedard and Zegras would be a highlight machine !!

  33. Flanny709

The ducks shall become mighty once more!!!

  34. Late_Smile_3666

Honestly, the Coyotes probably do. None of the other teams are in real danger of moving, and the Yotes getting a generational talent might finally be what they need to get off the ground as a franchise.

  35. LoyolaProp1

I hope he ends up in Anaheim and SJ. I think he will end up in Philly or Chicago.
