Mr. Quick is playing very well and is an absolutely perfect fit for sin city since Mr. Hill does not seem to be the number-one goaltender and Mr. Lehner has to take a year off to heal from hip surgery.
This was a great addition for the knights. Gives them some goaltending reassurance with thompson out and Hill dealing with some injuries
LA Kings did Quick absolutely DIRTY as you said he was their franchise goalie. He deserved the opportunity to retire only an LA Kings player. He surely is making them regret ever trading him. I'm so glad Columbus Blue Jackets didn't keep him, I'm glad they sent him to another team that had a playoff chance.
I’m not holding my breathe. He was bad in LA this year. He was an .876 with a 3.50 GAA. That is not a serviceable goalie. He needed a kick in the ass to get him going again. Keep in mind that outside of the shutout he’s given 3 goals in each of his other games. Not saying he wasn’t a good/great goalie but the sample size is still too small in my opinion.
