the hockey experts from toronto mumbled something about hughes being the fastest defenceman to reach 300 assists in the entire history of the NHL. if this had been a leaf or a hab or a ranger there would have been an entire segment with 4 'experts' weighing in on how wonderful this is. he did this on a 27th place team! we recognize your achievement out west, quinn. congratulations on an amazing achievement.
Quinn was the guy I followed a ton and when the idiot Hollland passed on him I couldn't believe it. Fast forward to now and he's even surpassed my expectations. I've watched this team since the 80s and the only player that tilted the ice and controlled the play, was the Russian rocket. I feel now us nuck fans have gotten so used to how good he is we take him for granted.
