The Vancouver Canucks apparently have one of the easiest schedules remaining in the entire NHL. Oh boy.

  1. people say canucks should not tank is stupid. its not boring with losing the playoffs and getting a top5 pick. If vancouver somehow got 1st overall they would be better next season than this one. if they somehow goes to the playoff, they will still be the same shitty team next year. furture is the way to go for

  2. No chance. Generally it takes around 95 points to get a playoff spot. Vancouver is at 63 right now with 16 games left. That is 32 points possible putting them at exactly 95. If they even go 15-1 they are probably out. Nope most likely they win just enough to give them the worst possible pick annoying everyone.

  3. Seen this movie, Canucks always do the opposite and let us down. Watch them go on a bigger run and miss the playoffs by 2 points, then management sees a winner and we suck next year

  4. Lego stop giving me hope in this team, I know for a fact playoffs is not happening this season. We’re still in the worst position possible, not enough to get playoffs and not enough for a tank

  5. Step 1) Start the year absolutely terribly, effectively killing any realistic shot at the playoffs by November 30th.

Step 2) Win a bit in Dec to make sure nothing crazy like actually getting a Top 5 pick happens.

Step 3) Lose more in Jan to make sure nothing crazy like actually getting back into playoff contention happens.

Step 4) Do nothing at the deadline.

    OR

Step 4(A): Dump futures for a "win now" player at the deadline.

Step 5) Win a lot after the deadline to ensure the worst possible draft pick.

Step 6) "We'll carry this over to next year." "The team really gelled down the stretch." "We know we can't get off to a bad start, we're going to be ready to go from October."

    Repeat from Step 1

  6. well winnipeg has played 2 more games so vancouver does have 2 extra games to catch them, but tbh i think if they can get this current streak to atleast 10 they will get very close to that last wildcard spot if they win every game for the rest of the season they would be at 95 Points but i doubt they do that they need to win atleast 75% of the games, if they bring this streak to 10 games i can actuly see there chances getting pretty high

  7. Around Thanksgiving (USA) they had a week where they beat the Kings, Avs and VGK. They also lost a close one to Vegas in that stretch. I thought maybe they still had a chance to turn it around back then. Didn’t go well after that though.

  8. Winning games now will remove self-doubts and let players perform to their potential next season.

  9. This is the Canucks. They are going to finish just outside the playoff picture. Go team.

  10. I can't see the Canucks making the playoffs
Never say never anything can happen in the start of the playoffs
    GO CANUCKS GO YEA BABY

  11. In all seriousness, they would likely have to win a minimum of 15/16, and even then there would be a decent chance of them missing. The WC bar is usually between 93-97. They could win all 16 and still miss.

I do wonder though, what is the worst record that a team has come back from with 15 games remaining to still make the playoffs? I can't see it being more than a 10 point gap between them and the next closest WC team.

  12. Once they get under the salary cap then maybe. They need to ride a hot demko next year, address the depth and defence, then maaaayyyybbeee playoffs next year, this year is not even a question

  13. Wow canucks fans this time of year just can't lose. They win..hey playoffs..they lose..yayy team tank.

  14. this is complete cope lol
the irony is that most canucks fans are exactly the same as the GM they complain so much about, despite being a bad team that clearly needs to rebuild, they will always be looking to the playoffs

  15. I’m just gonna try to not feel shitty about it and just cheer for pettersson to score 100 points and kuz to score 40 goals

  16. If your wondering the Vancouver Canucks lost game the against Arizona coyotes yesterday but they do have a easy schedule until end of the season in April we lose to the bottom feeders then it might get Connor bedard this summer

  17. That's what you get for making this video. An L against Arizona should send the message 😂😂😂😂😂
