The guys battled hard without the captain and so many others. Tough loss but love the effort
Not the result the Predators wanted, but probably a better outcome than they deserved. Just remember that’s two points stolen by Saros against the Jets. That could be the difference down the stretch.
Who were the refs during this game? Is it possible to have that added to the automod pulls?
Torn. Kids played well with Josi and McDongle out and still no Forsberg. Saros almost stole another.
But we basically just dumped and chased the rest of the game and played for OT just to give up a point deficit anyway. After playing Hynes’ signature turtle hockey half the game we were ahead.
Josi really is the driver of our offense. Not having him and McD really hurt today. Hopefully Roman’s okay and he’s back in the lineup in a couple of games. Chances to make the playoffs are much slimmer now, but this team has been much better to watch

Not too bad for an AHL team.
It’s fun to see the kids having a good time and scoring goals but the Preds were by far the worst team.
Hemmed in their own zone and only a few shots that were all sloppy. The only reason it was close was because Winnipeg seemed to totally whiff on every single shot.
I’m giving y’all honest advice – don’t expect a lot going forward. We have a BRUTAL schedule to finish out the season with no more than a handful of winnable games.

I don’t mean to be negative im excited about the future. but it would be the most Preds thing ever if they commit to a rebuild then miss the playoffs by 2 points and draft 15th again
