I was sitting behind Ned last night at the Griffins game in Milwaukee, rocking my Zetterberg sweater. I was yelling out support for him and defending him against the heckling they were throwing his way, only for him to let in a super soft goal to lose it with like 3 minutes left. They sure let me have it after that. Great atmosphere there though, loved it!
I went on vacation and didn’t watch or read or check anything red wings. Anyone want to share the clifnotes drive around March 7th?
Berglund,grewe, Plandowski, Zito, adams, Mastrosimone, Phillips all have their must sign by date this summer some in June some in August. In my opinion only Plandowski Zito and mastro have a shot but I also think there’s a world none of them get signed. Who do you like out of this group? And who do you think gets an elc?

NMU lost the mason cup final in OT against Minnesota state. 🙁 Up 2-0 in the last 5 minutes of the 3rd MSU scored 2 with the goalie pulled to tie it up, then won in OT. Maybe next year Wildcats

Don’t look now but the Yotes, Blues and Canucks are all four points behind us in the standings and playing better hockey as of late.
Yesterday was my last trip to LCA for the season. It’s a three hour drive, so I only make it to two games a year. I love it there, and always feel a thrill walking in the door. While I’m sad I’m done, I was happy to take a friend who isn’t even a hockey fan. He just loves sports, and seeing new arenas. He had a great time despite the score, and wants to go back next season. I think I may have a increased the fan base. 😂

Replaced the u-joints in my truck yesterday then we had a card night with my bud and his wife…all I want to do is curl up with a J and a heating pad and watch some hockey but nope, band fundraiser and girl scouts for the kids this afternoon.

A weird Red Wings stat. Looking at Evolving-Hockey for GF/60 + GA/60 to see which player is on the ice for the most scoring, you see some players like:
Larkin – 2.56+3.15
Perron – 2.64+2.81
Rasmussen – 2.75+2.79
Berggren – 2.14+2.56
and then you have Zadina at 1.11+1.68. No Wings regular has fewer GF/60 and only Fabbri is on for fewer GA/60. It’s impressive how the second Zadina steps on the ice that literally nothing happens.
