Another great game. 1st was 🔥🔥. I’m glad we got 1 in the 2nd. A Key hatty would have been nice but I’ll take the win. The bench celebrating Halak was everything. We need to keep it up on Tuesday and hopefully we get to add Lindy in the mix. LGR!

In 1973 the Rangers went on a 10-game W streak. At the end of the streak they scored the last 5 goals in a win, then won three straight 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, then scored the first 2 goals in a tie. Like 19 in a row.
If I remember ’94 correctly they won a few shutouts against the Fishsticks. Looked like tennis scores. But I think the Islanders got a few goals in the series.
I’ll never understand why basketball is more popular than ice hockey. The Knicks have never even had a home shutout, let alone back to back!
You really can’t play much better than they’re playing right now. In complete control.

* We’re fuckin’ legit.
* No, no, that’s about all that needs to be said. Grandma in 223 was awesome on Karaoke Cam, Dancing Larry has some competition from the 5 year old going on 35 years old Superfan, and Henrik is just 🤌. But goddamn this was a statement game and that overshadowed everything else.
* They came out buzzing hard, they demolished the Preds in the first, and from there they just played a chill game that didn’t run up the score but they had some fun with.
* Once again, I apologize to Jaroslav Halák for doubting him. He’s become the perfect backup that we needed and he plays out of his goddamn mind when we need him to. Oh yeah, and he gets assists, too.
* K’Andre Miller set a record tonight for points by a defenseman in a period. The kid is a hoss and we need to extend his contract.
* Every line contributed, showed they were capable of scoring. This is a *dangerous* New York Rangers hockey team and we should be feared come playoffs.

After the night before curb stomping Flightless Birds, the Rangers did it for a second consecutive night. Against a Predator team that looked more like wounded prey.
It was a 1st period to remember. Chytil finally gets of the schneids and getting a goal, Mika March gets anotha one. Staying on his heater. Tyler Motte joined in on the fun. Tyler Motte, hold the juice, hold the sauce, and eat the apples (the real apples). Key had 4 points on the night (one from a beautiful pass from Trocheck) and a shot from downtown w/a nice apple from Kakko. Panarin got another ppg (whisper’s it’s a power play goal!) And beyond that, it was basically over after 40 minutes.
For the second consecutive night, The Rangers played a complete game of hockey. Offensively, defensively, and especially on the penalty kill. Very disciplined. Jaro played excellent. He got his deserved shut out. This team is cooking right now. Glad that the Yute Line got a goal. IF they get clicking, oh man watch out come playoff time.
Overall, the Rangers extend their winning streak to 4 wins. Everyone was great tonight. “I liked it I loved it. I want some more of it. I tried so hard. I can’t rise above it. Dont know what it is about the ~~Predators~~ Rangers scoring. But I like it. I love it. I want some more of it.” Rangers win! got the 2 points in the bag. 5 points behind the Devils. These past couple of days have been unreal. Back to back shutouts, games of unrelenting offensive might, unbreakable goaltending. With twelve games left on the regular season I feel we’ve regained the same form we had going into the postseason last year. Fire in our hearts and the hunger to fight and win. It is truly a time to be a Rangers fan.

Came to the realization today that I don’t want this season to end. It is going to end in tears either way. I may shed a couple tears if we lose and I will sob uncontrollably if we win.
