Boston Bruins Are HEATING UP!

The Boston Bruins beat the Buffalo Sabres 7-0 in Buffalo on Sunday afternoon. Jeremy Swayman ended up getting a 26 save shutout which makes 2 shutouts in a row for the young goaltender. The Bruins seem to be heating up at the right time. Can they beat the all time record for wins in a season?

  1. Man poor buffalo… they just wanna make the playoffs and they certainly are not getting any handouts

  2. Cousins might have got the jump but Frederic straight up beat that boy hahah I love watching that dude fight man he doesn’t lose. Maybe once or twice lol but he’s an absolute beast. Total BS that the refs jumped in as soon as Frederic turned it around

  3. I really hope DeBrusk sticks around long term. He just SEEMS like a Bruin. Hopefully not having Bruce around is all that was needed to get the guy to stay in Boston

  4. Also… I don’t give a damn about the regular season record. So long as they have home ice, and don’t lose the momentum – just cruise baby. Maybe add a young guy into the lineup here and there to see if they can cut it. But definitely don’t focus on the regular season records. This team knows it’s cup or bust, that’s enough pressure as it is

  5. Glad for Sway. He is a talanted guy, some "fans" criticised him to much when he had not the best games.

  6. I didn't like Swayman wearing those ugly ass brown pads. I hope he already retired those.

  7. Obviously the record would be great but we want to see them hoist the cup, that's all that really matters

  8. Dont care about any records. Wish the media would stop the hype. Never gonna happen if they do their jobs & rest guys down the stretch. 8-5 in their last 13 would be excellent

  9. Whatever is necessary for B's to maintain home ice advantage, that's it.

If it produces a historic winning record? Great… If it doesn't? No worries- as long as we have home-ice advantage.

We did not beat the Canes in their house, and they did not beat Bruins in ours.

Stanley cup finals? One less airplane ride?

And if it comes down to avalanche in their Mile high arena?

    I'll take home ice advantage.
