I want Hellberg as the back up next season.
Well, that was certainly a…a hockey game.
That had to be the worst shootout of all time
I’ll take a win because that gives me an excuse to call my 97 year old grandfather (its our deal – Wings and Tigers wins only)
I shaved my butthole for that?
Really really hurts to win that game. Winning in a boring ass game, in a shootout no less, hurts even more. If you’re gonna win, put up 3 legit goals for once. This low event hockey is so Infuriating to watch.
What do you even say about that? I said that I don’t care about wins or losses at this point, only the mental state of the team and their effort to play good hockey and build good habits. Can’t say for sure what they accomplished in this game. I just hope they feel good about winning.

That was…terrible. Watched the sharks play the oilers last night – couldn’t believe an almost last place team played such exciting hockey. I get that we’re rebuilding but ouch. We looked slow, apprehensive, and uncoordinated.
Best game Zadina’s played in recent memory.
I will say that Red Wings have never lost while I was in attendance (this was my first game). Weird game, but a win.

As a STL resident/Red Wing fan, it’s about time I saw a W here.
Was it a pretty game? Absolutely not.
Should we have simply taken it in regulation to save any doubt or headache? Yup.
Do I hate shootouts? Only if they don’t go our way.
This was the first time in 20+ years of living here have I went with someone who was a diehard Wings fan like myself.
Everything about that game was ugly, but watching it live with someone who loves this team like myself, it was a small but meaningful victory.
