Unfortunate at the end, I don’t think it was particularly dirty by serg, both players were going for the puck but yeah cue up the “tampa is the dirtiest team in the league”

Omg we played down to competition! They do know that was probably the easiest game of the road trip?
I’m really not sure how to feel about this team going into the playoffs.
I’m sure this isn’t the final on-ice product we’ll see in the playoffs, but we’re just not playing winning hockey right now.
Not much to say; we make the same mistakes game after game, like the boys have amnesia.
Our passing sucks, our defense sucks, and we always look slower than our opponents. But the big thing that really worries me going into the playoff is our road performance.
It’s still wild to me how big of a gap there is between our road and home records. I don’t think that’s acceptable for a team of our stature and it’s going to pose a huge problem in the playoffs if we can’t find a way to play well consistently outside our own barn.
I’m not in, like, full-blown panic mode or anything, but I would be lying if I said I’m not nervous. The consistency just hasn’t been there this season.
The Lightning were definitely the better team. And we’re almost certainly 3rd in the division so points don’t really matter if it’s just bad luck causing the losses; we just want to be playing well, and this game was fine, albeit imperfect. The last few minutes were really bad though.

ok, i’ve finally accepted that we won’t have home ice against Toronto. not that it will matter much imo, but it was something to root for as the regular season wound down

Bolts do not apparently care about home ice advantage against Toronto, and after last year’s G7 win in Toronto – they seem like there good just playing this season out. Think we all would just like fast-forward to G1 in Toronto.
See even coop just said same shit last year and we went to the finals lol. He’s not cranky with that loss.
