Edvinsson, Chiasson and Coach Lalonde | Post Game 3/23 STL
Simon Edvinsson, Alex Chiasson and Head Coach Derek Lalonde speak with the media following Thursday’s 4-3 loss to the St. Louis Blues at Little Caesars Arena.
Had a feeling Lalonde would be pretty disappointed by this effort. The Wings started looking like they knew how to play offense, then just…turned into another team.
I would say even with us having a 0% chance to make the playoffs we have had a overall good year with lots of our young players showing that they can play well and even get points almost every game. Even our Captain Larkin who's had his best season in several years.
For the First time all year Lalonde sounds and appears angry! He says he disappointed in the Wings play which is true but one can sense his frustration along with his anger in his teams play tonight😤!

Simon Edvinsson is something special. Could have had at least 1 assist tonight as well. Almost had/a 2nd goal too
