  1. I don't understand. He loves everybody but doesn't believe people are gay because an imaginary god says so? I don't like how the whole pride thing is shoved down our throats every 5 seconds but the religion argument is weak.

  2. He shouldn't even have to do this crap. If anyone doesn't want to partake they shouldn't have to explain why. Just like whether a person chooses not to get the clot shots. If people don't like it, too bad.

  3. good for you James Reimer….as stated/mentioned before don`t anyone try to shove any words or beliefs or thoughts down my throat…if it is right and common sense then i will listen and maybe join the band…but if it doesn`t make any sense and it is far from mainstream and foreign to my belief systems then just maybe i won`t jump on the band wagon….our society is too damn extreme far left….the problem with the NHL is that it`s run by Gary Bettman a 5ft 2in Napoleon dictator…toss this idiot out and bring the NHL back to where it belongs and that is Canada and bring back Don Cherry as commissioner etc etc….men were not made to make love to men….G-ds intent was men making love to women etc etc….and women making love to men…Amen

  4. When you claim to be a mental health advocate but refuse to support the people who are affected the most by showing that you don't stand with them is really just a bunch of bullshit! Wonder when one of his kids come out how his faith will be what he stands with? Christianity? READ THE BIBLE PEOPLE!

  5. If he's free to think think homosexuality goes against God, then I'm free to think he's a bigot and a hypocrite.

  6. What the hell are people suppose to say about about pride nite, if you say how you really feel then you lose right. So don't ask dumb ass questions except hockey question, stop putting everyone on the spot.

  7. This was my comment elsewhere here, but it needs to be a post of its own:

Still no intolerance or hate like “Christian love” I see.

The sad thing is seeing people equate wearing a warm-up jersey for 40 minutes with the ages of every kind of persecution done in the name of a religion where (if I recall correctly) the point was for people to chill the hell out and be decent to one another.

Shit – I, a straight guy, can see the absurdity there. But sure; let’s just cite archaic belief systems as justy for the refusal of a small gesture of inclusion.

    Reasons why I’m agnostic. 😂

Addendum: “love thy neighbor” never had the proviso “as long as they don’t upset my fragile echo chamber.” Before anyone says it isn’t fragile, look at what too many Christians have done whenever minorities or women wanted equal treatment.

  8. Damn, more letters get added to that community every year. If you give the people of that community an inch they'll take a mile. Do professional athletes really need to wear pride jerseys to demonstrate their acceptance?Tired of all this woke bullshit.

  9. I don’t care if you don’t support a marginalized community enough that wearing a jersey is offensive, but at least have a pair of balls to stand up for your beliefs. Attributing your stance to the religious beliefs dominated by hypocrites and pedophiles is an extremely weak cop out. Grow a spine, pussies!!!
