  1. Skinner is struggling. He’s starting to let in some weak goals. Campbell has been inconsistent. The goalie position will be our weakest link heading to the playoffs.

  2. Hope to see RNH get to 40 goals, he’s so close to 100 points, truly amazing to see down the stretch

  3. 3 of the first 8 got by him. He settled in after that, fortunately. Still, that's 4 straight starts Stu's been sub .900; he isn't playing well, either. Goaltending needs to be a lot better come playoffs. Of course, if the rest of the team just plays like tonight every game, it won't matter much. 😁

  4. The team gets up for the better teams. Best 2nd period . Defense asleep as well as Skinner at start. Nuge is having a career year. Hopefully Kane hits the next level at the playoffs. Flames helped the Oil. Now they can help themselves on Thursday. Impressive back to back win. Ramping up at the right time.

  5. Enjoy the win. Stop with the Jack Campbell criticism, Stu hasn’t played well for a while as well, the important thing is the team is rallying for the guys in the net. Support the team 100%, we have the best line up to compete during the 97 / 29 era!

Oilers PP and PK both at 100%. Edmonton nearly double the shots on goal vs Vegas. Quick got pulled after 2 periods. This could have been a no-mercy type game (and wasn't that far from it). Odd thing: I know the boys didn't play their best in this one. It was better than average but not their best. Skinner let in 2 of the first 3 shots (he was rocking a .333 save percentage for quite some time in the 1st period). We're 1 point behind LA (who lost to Calgary, I can't quite make myself cheer for Calgary (without tasting bile) but glad they won to give us a shot at moving up in the standings. Next game we play LA. We win we take over 2nd in the division and are 1 point behind Vegas who face San Jose next (and should wipe the floor with them but one never knows). Nuge ruled in this game with a 5 point night, 1 goal, 4 assists. I think he needs only what, 4 points to hit 100 for the first time in his career. Leon got a goal so he's only 3 short of another 50 goal season (because they never get old no matter how many times he does it). Connor is 7 points from 150. He still hasn't scored a goal since hitting 60 but it's been all of 2 games. What I found disturning is he had ZERO credited shots on goal this game so he was dishing. It was great seeing Kane score and Kulak (been some time) and Nurse getting another never hurts too. Three D men got goals this game with Bouchard's goal on the PP. The lines were working. I have to admit I prefer when they play 7 D. They seem to win more games this way. Take care all

  7. The west is wide open. You can give you 4 goals every game and still win in this division. The bad news is the top teams in the east are significantly better than anyone that comes out of the west.
