Refs were just blind all game long, on both sides equally. I'm a habs fan, but can recognize that "elbow" wasn't one. Evans lost his balance because Marchand hooked him just a tiny bit, which makes it look way worse. Marchand is lucky the refs didn,t call him on this play, either for cross-checking on the first play, or hooking/interference on the last one.
