I’m just poking in again (last time I swear lol unless we meet in the post season), obviously there’s interests just cause there’s history here with us. I’d like for y’all to make the postseason more than the Avs and Wild, I can’t speak for other Stars fans, but I like Jets and Preds more out of the divisional rivals

That being said, this latest skid yall are facing and reading the article, there’s some similarities we see and Saad is seeing right now with your team, just a “heed our warning” from our experience lol

Makes sense that it happened faster with us then the Stars since the issue with some of the players/staff pre-dates Bones being our coach.

Some of the issues on that list have been festering undressed since 2019

Nah, you could’ve listed this stuff the last couple seasons for the Jets. This isn’t on Bones.

It would be nice to blame the new coach but these problems have persisted long before he arrived

I would totally buy the argument if the players were doing what the coach asked. The last round of pressers would seem to indicate there are players that don’t want to play the coaches game. Bones is misusing a few players but I am not sure that is the biggest issue given we have seen this same thing for a few years now.

  6. He also led them deep into the playoffs one year so…

Lots of Stars fans thinking it’s Bones, and honestly I wish it was Bones but this is just what the Jets have been doing for several seasons. They simply don’t do what the coach asks. He’s not perfect but Bones was hired to be the mental guru but even he can’t fix these “star players” brains…

Three coaches, same result? Can’t totally blame Bones. True North *seems* (to my eyes) to have fostered a culture that’s incompatible with adversity and commitment to the team before self.

We saw a lot the same issues in the last few years when Maurice was still at the helm, though.

This season has been eerily reminiscent of the 2018-19 season, IMO.

Bones no doubt deserves his share of the blame but whatever stinks in Jetsville right now isn’t all on him. There are a few players here who simply aren’t pulling their weight anymore, irrespective of who’s behind them on the bench.

I don’t think you can blame this all on Bowness but you can certainly blame it all on Chevy.

    Same shit, different coach.

I think we needed to see what this core would look like under another coach, now it’s pretty clearly something wrong with the players.

Either we bring in a hardass coach next year to try something else entirely or we move on from this core.

I’m ready to move on, but my biggest fear is we run it back entirely and make no changes for next year…
