  1. Deep we are. No more excuses. Starting next year the sabres will set the nhl on 🔥

  2. so proud of him, we miss him a lot in karlovy vary, he is our treasure.. he used to be a stud even back here in czechia, the league is not as high scoring as the nhl tho, yet he still managed to put up some numbers on the board and make great offensive plays for his age. cant wait to see him put up plenty of goals in the nhl (not against the wings tho!).. and just a little fun fact, the CH is kuliCH is actually supposed to be read like KH, so it should sound like Jiri Kulikh, when you guys say his name it sounds pretty funny to us czechs and slovaks 😀.. but we are getting kinda used to it lol

  3. This record is really skewed when you think about guys who are still in Jrs. at 18… so many 18 year olds don't play in the AHL at that age. (Quinn and Peterka for instance).. Still, just shows right now how well Buffalo did in this trade… Levi and Kulich… Sam is doing pretty good for Fla so it's not a loss for them… but Buffalo got exactly what they wanted… Quality futures… and Levi gets his first start TOMORROW against the Rangers…

  4. Saw the Kid play, he's got one Hell of a Shot and skates like the wind. Plus he looks and plays bigger than 6 foot !

  5. One more thing not mentioned (that I heard), is that this is Kulick's first year playing hockey in N. America.

  6. As if the Sabres young core with guys like Tage, Tuch, Cozens, Quinn, Peterka, Krebs, Dahlin, Power, and even Mittlestadt, Jokiharju, and Ryan Johnson soon, werent great enough to see for the future of this team…they also now own the best single AHL seasons, in some manner, for an age 18, 19, & 20 yr old player, just in the last 2 years – this season Kulich now has the record for most goals w/ 22 and could very likely break the pts record (already has the record for best season as a 17 yr old in the Czech pro league); JJ Peterka last year set the record for most points & assists (5 below the goal record of 33) by a player in his age 19 season w/ a stat line 28g 40a(rec) 68p(rec), more than Elias, Bergeron, Rantanen, & Spezza. Jack Quinn also had the single best pts/g last season of any 20 y/o AHLer in the modern era (min 20 gp) going back 25 years with 1.36 (45gp 26g 35a 61p). Not to mention Noah Ostund just had the 8th best 19 y/o szn in Allvenskan history, and best since Elias Petterson. Plus Devon Levi just finishing if not the best goalie career in NCAA history, then top 3 with Ryan Miller and Connor Hellebuyck. Havent even mentioned Matthew Savoie and what hes doing in the WHL. Good times ahead, finally!
