Not saying it will be great but, have to try the dog. I bet it is good though.
I'd try the poutine dog at least once. I didn't know that I like Chciago style hot dogs until I had one.
I have served/eaten poutine on hotdogs and hamburgers at our food trucks. It's delicious. I'd rather have a dog done Chicago style or something, but there isn't anything wrong with potatoes, beef, cheese and a gravy soaked bun.
