Gallant had every right to be pissed tonight. With very few exceptions, the team effort was little skill and less will. Where are the character leaders of this team? I watch the Canes, Bruins, Devils, and Kraken, to name a few teams that play the right way every game. Effort, will, and heart has no substitute. Effort, will, desire, and heart does not take games off. What do you guys say? Look hard in the mirror and take responsibility and accountability for how you handle yourself moving forward.
Team has no structure, and takes atleast 1 period off per game. Great job GG
The team is just not built properly especially for the playoffs. Getting Patrick Kane was a horrific mistake. The guy is finished and we are jumping through hoops to accommodate him. We might end up giving a first round draft pick for this disaster. We have a team full of finesse players nobody takes the body all we do is stick check. We traded away the one guy who protected all of our finesse players Ryan Reeves look what he did for Minnesota. We are going nowhere in the playoffs fire Drury.

Tonight I thought the Rangers in the 3rd was there best period but the overtime. I watched the whole line stood there and see Jeff Skinner get the winner and of course Devon Levi who finished at Northeastern. Won his first NHL Start. They have to be better and prep for the playoffs. This team won't bounce out.

Kane is past his prime and is not built for today's game. Playoffs are a battle of survival in a physical grinding style of play. He is easily pushed around around the boards and his passing is to passive. Did not like the move and unless I am missing something, I don't see much of an impact from him come playoffs. This team does not drive to the net enough. Can't score highlight goals every night and especially in the playoffs. CRASH THE NET!!!!
Gallant is exactly right. They’re not respecting their goaltenders, leaving them out to dry.
sad, first game i ever went to after a life long rangers fan and that’s the effort they gave. Sat close too for a better experience
I am trying to be respectful here, because I love the Rangers, so I am going to hold back to what I really want to say. but I will say this… With the
exception of like 3 or 4 guys, the Rangers played Sissy Soft like timid little sissy girls.
Nobody is checking. That last goal was awful. Top six needs to start earning their money and stop coasting.

don't just say it, show it, next game if they keep not showing up the top 6 bench them, demote them, do something. We don't need the wins nearly as bad as we need to send a message.
I would flip the bottom 6 with the top 6 straight up, when the effort is like this.
Rangers need to play 60 minutes.

Spot on comments from Gallant. Makes me proud to hear him being honest after sugar coating the last few starts. If this team is going anywhere, all the marquis players need to find some grit and check harder. The forth line was the best by far. Pat Kane is a total disappointment and does not fit the character of the team. We need hard nosed aggressive wingers, not overpaid snipers.
Levi, in his 1st NHL game flat out owned Tarasenko!
They should of tested that goalie in Buffalo ,it was his first game. The Rangers came on in the 3rd period only. Halak and the 4th line did all the work.
Remember 94 when they added grit effort guys like noonan and mateau. Drury should be axed for his decisions
