Pelech was just exposed by him jumping for the puck. There isn’t a hit on a defenseless defenseman penalty in the NHL.

Damn the great 8 rocked his ass !!! He hit him , but notice how he finished the hit . He hit his body and got the guy moving backwards and then pushed him using both hands and finished the hit . Ovi is a beast out there . I seen the slo-mo play and the guys face looked like he was gonna die . Who in their right mind wouldn’t absolutely love this game 👍👍

Adam Pelch is 6'3, 210 pounds so he's not a small guy.. but yeah, the bench with no glass gives the hit bad optics but It's a clean hit.

What an absolutely brutal hit. Would've been a hell of a lot less brutal if there was glass there. Also to anyone calling charging. If y'all would read the rulebook the definition of charging is so laughably poor that it's literally up to discretion at any moment what a "charge" is. Yell at the rules for not defining what a charge is well.

Capitals eliminated yet? goon squad probably limbering up for golf soon. Yes technically a clean hit but he carried it all the way through in a bad position that could have really hurt Pelech when a simple check would have been enough, so yea he is a goon and has been his entire career.
