If this was a 3-4 loss, you woul've been absolutely livid about the offensive play and the lack of shots and aggressiveness. But now it's just jokes. This is the shit we're all gonna see in the playoffs and wish we hadn't laughed off in the regular season. Low standards as always, 1st round exit here we come again..
Playing Tampa in the playoffs ? Wow ya sure ? Nor Boston ? It's the same outcome ! First round and gone ! It's there a chance ? It's the leafs they just aren't a playoff team !
It seems to me that there are
3 tiers in the NHL
Boston, Avs, tier 1
Leafs, Islanders, Tampa,Rangers Hurricanes .tier 2
Sens etc. tier 3
For the Leafs to beat a tier 3 team
is to be expected !

Imagine the Leafs winning the cup going through Tampa (Recent Arch Rival), Boston (Impossible Regular season record this year), and then in my opinion a Rangers team who added Kane and Taresenko to go on to beat the defending Stanley Cup Champion Colorado Avalanche or the Oilers lead by Connor freaking McDavid and goalied by Jack Campbell? Best run ever? I cannot think of a better or more difficult run. Plus imagine Producer Drew's face 🙂 if it's Colorado. As a Ducks fan (god help me) I hope you get to see your team raise the cup Steve, 2007 will always be the highlight of my adult hockey fandom.
