What a crazy lead up to the trade deadline. Is the world ending after this season? Everyone is either all in or selling like crazy!! Hearing Logan Stanley has requested a trade now too. Would he be worth a look for the Sharks? 6'7 and only 24, so would fit the Sharks timeline and we definitely need some NHL calibre dmen. What do the Jets fans think of him? Can't say i know much about him other than he is huge😀

I never understood getting rid of Bjugstad when the Wild did. He had good size, always played hard, could win the occasional face off. I never understood the Ryan Suter buyout either. He still had game, nobody seemed to be aware of the locker room issues, but It never seemed like Guerin made much of an effort to have a closed door knockdown drag out session with Suter to see if the relationship could be saved

The oilers are dollar in and dollar out. However the dollar out doesnt have to be in trade. Shore (850k), Broberg (900k), and Vinny(750k) can be sent down without having to pass on waivers. And Yamamoto (3.1M) can go on LTIR. I can see them getting Raddysh (750k) and TVR (950K) at a retained number.
