Ii sincerely hope the NHL fixes its ref problems. I won't watch NFL or MLB games any more because of the disgusting officiating, and until this year the NHL was the one pro sport where they did a decent job. Now it's looking like ref egos are making more and more of the calls(and non-calls) on the ice, and it's harming the game. The NHL needs to step up and get a handle on officials before they go the way of MLB/NFL where poor officiating decides far too many games.

Malkin might be mad but once he's able to snuggle and cuddle up with Crosby everything will be all better lol

So missed high stick to Malkins face and refs kick him out because he complains about it. Sounds like they need more refs on the ice. 4 officials and 4 linesman should be good
Of course the NHL refs 1. didn't see the high stick — the quality of officials in this league is rock bottom nowadays and 2. they continue to believe the fans come to the stadiums to see them overgrandise their self importance — nobody pays money to see the blind mice make terrible calls.

Even if the refs missed some calls Geno has to stop yapping my boys are just hanging on to the last wild card spot Geno will have to show that fire if they make the playoffs the pens have a first round date with the bruins stop your yapping or your season could be over faster then it began
It's the age old problem. Who refs the refs? Who polices the police? Who does God bounce his ideas off of before he makes the rules?
The refs should not be allowed to give penalties for anything verbal. Your job is to call the game not have feelings.

The refs in the nhl are a fucking joke. They don't even know the damn rules to the game. The nhl and Gary Bettman needs to get their head out of their asses and hire refs that know how to make a call
