There is no incentive for improvement as long as Terry & Kim are making $$’s. They can continue to make a small profit with their present investment or spend A LOT of money to make a slightly larger profit.
its not going to happen over night, Clague, Girgensons, Hinostroza, Jost, Okposo, Pilut contracts are up. Keep Jost, the rest I would let go. Get some grit , two way players, at least two vet defensemen
