24:12 what? The Oilers would be cup contenders if they were in the eastern conference too. They’re just as good as Toronto, Tampa Bay, Carolina, New Jersey, etc. Basically everyone except Boston and I honestly think the Oilers are the team best suited to beat Boston in a best of 7. They aren’t contenders because the west is “terrible”. Stop it.
