Yes! And a great 4th line as well.
Same here…. More excited about the potential powerful 4th line! Federick centering Hathaway and Foligno? … supplemented with Lauko and Nosek (sorry AJ). Wow hopefully we can play with that 4th line before the end of season..
If Hall can play with his normal speed, then I'd like their chances against weaker opposing D pairs.
Charlie Coyle has been strong all season with puck possession and retrieval.
And Bertuzzi has been buzzing around and demonstrated great vision/passing.
I agree that getting Hall for the third line makes the 4th even stronger with Frederick.
And, in fact, I'd argue that 3-4th line 5v5 pressure and scoring might make all of the difference in a Cup run. IMO, it's the goaltending and line balance that tips the scales over a long playoff series.
Having a successful line is more than the names on the jerseys. It’s about chemistry and knowing where everyone is on the ice.
The reason the Rangers don’t scare me that much is because their team defense is pretty weak. I don’t think they’re disciplined enough to beat the Bruins in a seven game series.
It’s not even debatable it’s better than some teams 2nd lines
