[Fredrickson] #Avs Cale Makar and Darren Helm are out tonight again in San Jose, per Jared Bednar. He added they are new injuries (lower body) and not maintenance from previous health issues. He does not have a return timeline for either player.

Ugh…
I can’t do anything but laugh at this point. It’s crazy the position that we’re in in the playoffs standings with our injury luck
I’m hoping they’re just letting Cale rest as much as possible before playoffs. He hasn’t seemed as sharp in the last month or so.
Fuck. Rest up Kings
I’m tired, boss
sigh… in Nate and Mikko and Georgie we trust, let’s get it done!
Get well soon! But its okay we have Stanley Cup Champion Jack Johnson, who is on a hot goal streak…2 goals!, to let the 2nd best Avs defensemen get the rest he needs.
One day, the injuries will be no more. But it is not this day.
Cool.
Co coo cooo cooooool.
Super cool.
Straight-up not cool
Is it possible that our style of play leads to more injuries or is that dumb?
What the hell is with the injuries this year?! UGH
The amount of injuries is TOO DAMN HIGH
If only we’d clinched the first seed and not just a playoff birth, we could have been resting these guys. But I get it – as long as we’re still fighting for seeding, we have to keep playing all the starters, even at the risk of incurring more injuries. Ugh! This fucking season man, just can’t get a break from the injuries!
Makar has already missed 46 games in his career. Guy is superman if superman was made of tin foil.
Well. Fuck.
Just gotta laugh 🤣😂😭
Did Loren Landow take a job as S&C with the Avs? Goodness. Can’t catch a break.
Fuck. Joe must have performed some really heavy blood magic last year to get us that cup. There’s really no other answer to why we have this injury luck.
Not going to see Makar again until the playoffs.
I thought at least Makar was on the trip. Is that not true? Why would they travel if they are not able to play in the near term?
