    Makar toews

    Girard johnson.

That's what a healthy lineup would look like when avs trade for hayes.

  2. 2016 to 2020 was world peace. And now it’s WAR BABY💪🏽 let’s get dubs. Oh I love when geo political life mirrors avalanche play

  3. I thought the Avs were in for a rough stretch with their schedule but they dismantle everybody.

  4. I've been here a year in the City and I love❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏🙏💪💪💪

  5. Kinda hate it when the title of a video gives away the Final Result of a game… anyway, Go Avs!

  6. I believe that the asking price will be and is too high for 2C, maybe an affordable top 6 winger or depth center like Kuraly would be more affordable. Avs draft or prospect capital is shot. I think they're good enuf, Compher has an offensive punch to be that guy, but more importantly, defense responsible as well, so wingers can pressure for that offensive button when called on. Maybe another wash up veteran to add a little offense. Like a Sheary or Ellers if asking price is right. For me, I'll be all in for an Ethan Bear and Kuraly trade, guys that may help, but will be future help as well. Kuraly big body center that may replace Compher, who probably out price himself out of Colorado at $4m+, Kuraly's project is worth 3 yrs at $2.5m. As Ethan Bear, you have Towes with the most attractive contract in the league, and team looking to offer him a big payday. With BB stepping up his game, Bear an RFA would make a good 2rd or 3rd pairing. As Kuraly's project, Jackets would be looking clear up some cap room to lock in some of stars that are coming to the end of their contract. Look at reality, once Compher and Towes walk, the Avs needs to have capital on stand by, with Newhook and BB are those guys, and Kuraly and Bear would fill in the missing pieces. If sign Compher and Towes to what they're worth with term, then you probably cant sign Newhook and/or BB both under $7m, which may be one Towes contract

  7. Agree totally guys, ive been saying all along,as have you guys basically-Byrum is as talented as ANY young dman in the nhl, including the much more hyped guys out there. The only difference is Byrum plays on a deeper defense,& hasnt been able to stay healthy. I dont know if Id take him over a finished product Fox,but id take him over any of these young guys around the nhl-with tons of talent…Ive always thought Bo has a ceiling as high or higher than any of them.

Sounds kinda crazy still, but Ive always thought his ceiling is ALMOST as high as Makar. Obviously,he still has much more to prove than Cale-whos already won a Conn Smythe,Norris,& finished 2nd for Norris. Id definitely take Bo over Hughes or Heskanen longterm,& maybe even today. Lets just hope the kid can stay healthy, for his own sake,& career…not for us. BTW,ill say Mico gets 51…then hopefully we have the central locked up,& he sits the last 2 games or so.

And Mac has had multiple seasons WELL OVER 100pt pace. Ya cant help getting hurt…or having COVID shortened seasons. Thats why I look at pace-Kadri didnt just have 87 last yr,he had 87 in 71 games-101pt pace. But I get that the actual magic number does mean something. And im pretty sure Compher is up to 41pts.I still dont see him as REALLY a 2C on a Cup champ, but he keeps proving me wrong. 3yrs ago,he was my whipping boy,but he was good last yr,& great in the playoffs. And with all the injuries, wed be screwed without him this yr. But hes still not skilled enough to be 2c on a Cup team for me. Maybe to win this weak West,& the price is probably too high for a legit 2c,but I still want another top 6 forward. If you could get a legit 2c..Compher TODAY would be an elite 3c.

  8. Even at full health, this Av team isnt as talented as last yr. Theres no Kadri on 101pt pace at 2c,or Burky scoring 60+ on the 3rd line. But that was 1 of the greatest teams in cap history.

They dont need to be THAT GREAT,to repeat. They dont need to be remotely that good to win this West,my opinion. As for the Finals, lets just get back-then we will worry about that. Theyve been there, done that-some of those East teams havent been. And whoever survives the East, will probably be more beat up. But im not worried bout chasing down any Eastern teams, lets just solidify our spot atop the west,or at least Central.

BTW AJ,we dont have to "make up" anything on Dallas…Avs have 2 games in hand. They control their destiny to win the division. In fact,no matter what happens tonight,Avs are in 1st place if they win tomorow. I think we have games in hand on Vegas also. Big game tomorow-not just Timo Mierer, but NJ is 21-4-3 on the road,or something. Saturday in Dallas-right after the deadline-but whatever happens in that game-Avs still control their destiny to make sure the western playoffs go through Ball arena…IN THE NBA,& NHL!

Beyond that-I dont care bout the East-we have no clue whos gonna survive that. Lets just get back,& see what happens. Even in this weak ass west, the playoffs will not be easy. I just hope nobody else in the west pulls off a major move. Cuz if everything stays mostly the same-I love our chances to at least get back to the Finals. There will be deals made, but without MAJOR moves by others-I think this Av team is signifigantly better than anybody else in the west, assuming reasonable health. The Finals vs some of those Eastern teams…Id never count out the champs, but that would be a completely different animal.
