  1. Which PLAYER should pop up in the next video? First reply to this comment is who it will be.

  2. this is business… u cant give Landeskog more than 7 mil when u have Makar n MacKinnon contacts coming up next. if he wants 8/9 mil then let him walk. Makar n Mac r ur franchise players n not Landeskog, he's an important piece but u cant just give him like 9 mil. then u will lose out on either Makar or Mac.

  3. The Avs also offered $7.5M x 7 yrs, and Landeskog turned it down. So this is not about the Avs low-balling him. He wants $9-10M. I love Landy, but he's not worth that. (These numbers are widely reported by multiple reliable sources, btw.)

  4. Hyman not worth it but the. Leafs have deep pockets and poor hockey culture for the last 40 years

  5. MacKinnon has 2 years left on his contract and could make around 12.5 millions a year at least. I’m guessing Sakic is being careful with how he’s spending his money 🤷‍♂️

  6. I want you to look at Nuge's career stats and then look at Landanskog's. He thinks he's A franchise player and he's not, elite yes but not worth what he wants and frankly he's just screwing his own team at this point. European's always over value themself.

  7. LOL the Avs aren't lowballing Landeskog. There are reports that moron is asking for $9M-$9.5M per year…… He isn't worth that normally but especially not in a post Covid flat cap world. He needs to be more realistic.

  8. Not happy about this at all. He should get the most money he can. Other teams are kicking the tires on him. I hope he stays but Seattle is jacked about a new team & what better player to sign. Preds are looking at him to. I’ve been a fan of his since Kitchener, solid in all areas.

  9. Hes a great player and captain but sakic realises this is the age where established players get overpaid on 8 year contracts then decline.

  10. Landeskog is the most important player in that top line of Colorado. He deservers minimum 8m x8. That's the very least.

  11. Avs fan here, the Total 41.25 is dispersed based on length . so 4 year 41.25, or 5 year 41.25.

  12. Landeskog worth 8 mill your high bro 😂😂 and if a team player he will take the pay cut

  13. I’m an Avs fan to the core born and raised in Colorado. If your not winning Stanley Cups as the captain then how can you ask for the money? The Avs should have won the cup this year. He should have been the leader to take them there, unfortunately he didn’t.

  14. Give him what he wants joe stop being so damn thrifty . Gabe is a stud. I bet he steps up his game too if he gets the respect he deserves. Landiskog is the glue that holds this team together. I was kinda hoping seattle would snatch him if the avs don't cuz I love seattle n it will be my second favorite team but now I'm really gonna be sick if he doesn't stay with the avs

  15. The video refers to how long he has been there. Thats exactly why you don't want to give him something like 8 and 8. He 28 years old. You want 7/8 million a year for a 36 year old? It will turn into something a little like the buyout that the Wild had to do.
