  1. Nashville could be clearing space for Miller? lol I hope… Maybe? Please, just take him! FFS. 😭

  2. Bro as a pburgh fan it’s not fun either. Thinking you are getting Miller or Boeser but getting Granlund 🥶

  3. The Canucks’ Allvin is doing FAR MORE than The Flyers’ Fletcher. So, be grateful you’re not a Flyers fan, eh? 😂

  4. Probably wasn't willing to retain as much as Hextal wanted, if that's the case I'm glad. That being said my excitement for the draft decreased significantly today

  5. Still two days left. Keep your shirts on people. Is this all that’s happening in your lives? Sad

  6. Pens cleared all this space for him LMFAOOO HOLY L, they getting swept in the 1st round

  7. Hextall messed up. You gave away a great defensive forward who made 2.2 for a guy with terrible defensive numbers who makes way too much money for two more years. This not only hurts the penguins now, it hurts them in the future as well. This was a terrible decision for the penguins

  8. Nobody wants to trade for that albatross contract. Canucks mistake, not the leagues.

  9. Garland has more heart than Miller….always puts its heart and soul in every shift…. over paid but he’s not alone on this team

  10. You’re banking on the penguins being dumb enough to want Miller. I didn’t have high hopes of that

  11. I just knew they wouldn't keep all their picks. Heck with that, let's get old guys. Ensure mediocrity for years to come. Good job!

  12. still plenty of time for pittsburgh to get boeser, it was very close yesterday and I wouldn't at all be surprised if it still happened

  13. Hextall always says "I want our team to be bigger and tougher to play against" and then he trades for guys who are literally the complete opposite of that.

  14. I don’t know many fans who wanted Miller and that contract on the Pens. Most that I’ve seen wanted Chychryn, including myself, and I can’t believe they didn’t do it. Hextall needs to be gone ASAP! This seems like a terrible move to me but I could be proven wrong. However Hextall has lost the benefit of the doubt at this point.

  15. This was a huge trade for Pittsburgh! I feel like they didn’t give up much. We need people now to make the playoffs push! Points are critical at this point!🙏🏻💪

  16. Breaking – The Canucks have announced that Patrick Allvin is day-to-day with a concussion.

  17. Granlund just might be what the Pens need—but I dont think they did enough to compete with the powers in the east this year. All the top teams took big steps to better and deeper. Unless Jarry plays as the best goaltender in the playoffs they Pens have no realistic chance of getting out of the first round—-wait a minute, they may not even make the playoffs—–Granlund for a 2nd round pick is great—-but still not enough—–JT would have been the better player for the Pens but I suspect that the Canucks just wanted too much for TJ or Bock—–now they are stuck with both of them—maybe something gets done by the end of the week but I doubt it.

  18. Exactly what the Pens needed, another player over the age of 30 with bad defensive numbers

  19. I’m kind of torn on this trade. On one hand we just gained a lot with his offensive ability, but getting rid of Blueger downgraded our defense a bit. So it almost seems like a wash. Idk, let’s hope it works out. The other thing I don’t like is it’s likely now that Zucker will be taking a walk next year.

  20. Granlund fits Pens style perfectly. He was expected too much with undertalented Nashville. Now all the extra weight is off he can really help with Crosby, Guenzel and Malkin all of them. Granlund is very serious professional. Good pick but quite expensive. One extra point is that Granlund 100% will get inspired by Crosby and Guenzel in a way that was not possible in Nashville. This is the first time Granlund gets to play with the best and that will unleash his best talents too.
