How I Trained Alexander Skarsgård for The NORTHMAN

Alexander Skarsgård’s trained like a Viking! We trained together for nearly a year to prepare him for his role as Amleth in the new movie The Northman. For the past 20 years, I have trained many of the world’s top actors, actresses, and artists to help them become the superstars you see today.

  1. The Northman is pure masculinity. The ending fight was absolutely top 3 scenes I've scene in any battle.

  2. Dude was trying to flex the traps way to hard he should have asked Tom hardy what he used for warrior to get the traps huge lol because he was flexing so hard the entire movie it was almost making the movie laughable

  3. I can answer this. He trained really hard and took all the drugs. Same goes for every single one of these actors.

    Every . single . one.

  4. Seeing the actual routines makes it obvious that actors truly would be fucked without access to pharmaceuticals

  5. If you think about it, Alex just did Tarzan five years ago so all he had to do is go back rather than start from the absolute beginning…

  6. Wonder if Magnus and Alex became friends before Alex claimed all he eat was chicken, broccoli and rice for Tarzan or after Magnus did the video showing what he actually eat and did for that movie 😉

  7. Absolutely no one looked liek that in Viking times, they were probably beefy and strong with little to no muscular tone, they did hard farming labor, ate cheese and meat all day and drank beer and mead. However, this was one of the most amazing movies I’ve seen in the last decade

  8. He looked SPECTACULAR. Truly one of his c r a z i e s t most riveting roles. So damn captivating. ⚡

  9. I'm sorry but I couldn't help thinking about Eric Northman watching this. Like is this a prequel to true blood ?

It doesn't help that it's the same actor, he's a viking and the name of the film is The North man

  10. Truly an amazing feat for Alexander. The Northman was extremely impressive. His take on the character of Amleth was genuinely believable by how much his physique and character portrayal came to be. This is by far Alexander's best work. He deserves accolades for his work on the Northman. I have nothing but respect for Alexander as an actor. He is in my top 5 favorite actors of all time. He holds no barrier in his craft. I hope to see him in more epic movies like this.
