    The whole Loafs team was undressed by the Oilers. McDavid can't be stopped! The curse of Harold Ballard lives on. 🙄

    I am a Boston fan, but I fully respect Oilers, thanks to which I got into hockey. To put it simpler, this win was twofold special, both in contempt for Toronto and affection for Oilers.

    That goal the least scored that everybody's trying to say it's controversy of saying it was offside. Whoever thinks it was off side? They're f**** idiots watching really slow motion. It shows no off side so all those f**** fans in Edmonton are idiots fancy thought the shin up in a goal are idiots

    Love all these McDavid fanboys going off about how amazing he is and how hes the best. If he truly was the BEST would a guy who has 100 points in 60 games also be a plus 9 on the year…. no it means hes a defensive liability. Sure best offensive player in the game but he clearly lacks the defensive aspect that Matthew's and other top centers have. Prove me wrong

    ☆ The Leafs add 7️⃣ new players to our 1️⃣. Ekholm literally flew in after midnight, joining the team, game day, no practice & his 1st on ice experience with the Oil, is the opening faceoff. Edmonton had 2️⃣ disallowed goals & one was definitely legit, except for the blind 🦓, (short•handed a 4️⃣th official).

    🤜Nobody's really mentioning the absence of Evander Kane, who's proven, when totally healthy, is a game changer in his own right❗️

    Ayyyy yes another night of the leaf's big guns being a no show… come big games or playoffs they all just vanish! Yet game in game out the others teams big bugs come in a blazing…. 1st round tradition to be continued ?

    6:58 McDavid did not collide, he created obstruction or interference. Strange play from McDavid, I would like to know what was his thinking process.

    Realizing it's only one game, but…

    Just sayin'.. listening to Craig Button bleating about how much of a failure Holland is for having "missed out" on Chychrun and going with Ekholm instead, CB makes it sound like the Oil are now in the running for Bedard.

    Meanwhile… it was ONLY 5-2 because of a couple super-weak calls by the shorthanded officiating staff.
