OK Guys, during last nights game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs, with just over a minute left to go in the game, the Leafs decided to send out emergency back up goaltender Jett Alexander to finish out the closing seconds. Chris Wideman was not very happy about this decision, and had some pretty choice words for the Toronto Maple Leafs after the game!

He didn't face a single shot so the ending would of been the same with Sammy in net. Edmonton did this earlier thins season as-well with their E-bug goalie.

The leafs would get smashed if the playoff would start tomorrow against the habs with Price in the net. Same teams just add Price to the mix and the leafs are simply eliminated from playoff right off the bat. They might win one round this year to end their drought but I won’t bet on it trust me.

As a habs fan I’m so happy for that kid, and as far as wideman, nothing good going his way right now, regardless, idiot comment.
I’m sick of everyone saying the leafs tanked in the first round for the past 7 years. It sucks the lost in first round but look who they lost against. In the past 5 years the teams they lost against went on to the finals and or won the cup. Like I said it sucks but they put up a fight. This year they play Tampa Toronto is just going into there dynasty and Tampas dynasty is coming to an end. Leafs in 5 or 6. I don’t mind the comment keeps the rivalry going. We all no it was a great gesture on the leafs part
