The Pittsburgh Penguins put the pressure on as Jake Guentzel forces a turnover and Sidney Crosby picks up the puck before snapping home a vintage backhander for a goal with 1.5 seconds remaining in the first period to give the Penguins a 2-0 lead over the Detroit Red Wings.

Great move by Guentzel to create the play in the first place.
Don't come out from behind your net, in front of your goalie, with Sid if your face boys and girls.
Actually it was more like 2.5 seconds
Sydney Crosby scoooooooor šš
I am a Flyers fan and hate the Penguins but I have to admit that was a pretty good goal
Letās go, Crosby
Phenomenal player.
Best back hand of all time, combined with his wicked snap shot and you have to put him in top 5 shots. Heās goat

"Crossbar Crosby… he still God it"!!!
Crosby > McDavid
Nothing like trying to beat the fore checker as the last man back right in front of the net. Thatās a dāoh,
What a career! I was in elementary school when I started watching him in the QMJHL. Apart from a rocky emotional start as an 18 year old, he quickly matured into one of the all-time greats, not just point wise, but for his complete 200ft game. I only wonder how many points he would have if he didn't have his concussion injuries, and lockdown/covid impacted seasons.
Buzzer beaters are rare treats to see in hockey games.
Thatās going on Steveās dang its
Beauty backhand!!!
Sidney Crosby Is A Pittsburgh Penguinš§š¤š Legend Forever.
At 1:02 are the cutest hockey fans in the world!
Doesn't surprise me at all. Sidney Crosby is a natural at this.
I don't know if Pittsburgh's going to make it into the playoffs or not. it's not looking good for them, as of this posting. But Crosby's done everything you could ask of him to drag Pittsburgh into contention.
Oh nice. Ads with hockey
Unreal vintage Sid with his signature backhand!
