Well good on him I guess for feeling forced to apologize but personally I say fuck that.

NHL PR is too kind and classy.

You could tell he immediately was like why the fuck did I just say that, lol. Hopefully Vancouver fans can move on he seems like a good guy

With all due respect, and remember I’m saying with all due respect, what Vancouver fans think ain’t worth a velvet painting of a whale and a dolphin getting it on.

I don’t get why people think he’s referring to Vancouver’s fans. The question was essentially about how it feels to play meaningful games late in the season, and he jokingly said, “well, certainly better than Vancouver.”

The apology is probably genuine. I can almost assure that he did not intend to speak ill of the fanbase.

I’m fine with this, just a simple PR move.

I genuinely believe he didn’t intend to disrespect the Canuck fans, they are just one of the quietest fanbases in the league. Going from that low energy atmosphere to UBS Arena where our fanbase goes bat shit crazy is quite an adjustment, and seems like one that Bo is starting to enjoy.

But still, totally fine with the apology. Now let’s go beat Washington.

This “Drama” is fucking dumb. “Oh no, he said the crowd is better than in Vancouver!”

No fucking shit, the Islanders are in a playoff push. The Canucks weren’t except for his rookie year. I don’t see how that’s any real dig and Vancouver. It’s just different circumstances.
