You don't even need that many, but your core needs to have a few. Can't just be 4th lieners. JT Miller is kind of gritty but he's only physical when he cares to be, he's not annoying or overly hard to play against. Hronek is supposedly somewhat physical but he looks passive to me. Consider the 2011 team where Bieksa, Burrows AND Kelser were all core minute-munching players, and were all probably in the top10 most agitating gritty players in the entire league.
They've got as much as most i'd say. not really a huge issue imo
Podz and Kravstov could grow into a grittier role as they get fill out into men
