The Jets went into the season with very little expectation and, overcoming a bizarre schedule and relatively extensive injuries to key players, fought their way to first place around mid January. After the All Star break expectations were high for Winnipeg and the team wilted. Suddenly, on the verge of elimination, with the hockey world counting the Jets out, the Jets seem to be gripping the stick a little easier and those sub 500 teams, that have been the curse of the Jets the 2nd half of the season, are being tamed as they should be.

    Does the pressure remain reasonable getting near the playoffs as a bottom seed?

    Let's hope so, because this is enjoyable. What is Vegas thinking?
