Bluegar is part of (what was) a very good PK for PENS.
Chychrun trade makes no sense for ARZ if their goal was to create cap space only to find ways to take on more bad contracts, but failed to get Zaitsev from OTT, which would have even out the money this year and next. They could have gotten the additional draft picks there.
